Smoke Ring BBQ LLC is a Waukesha WI based BBQ catering company and Food Trailer. What started out in our backyard serving family and friends as a hobby has turned our passion for BBQ into a business. After opening in April of 2022 we pride ourselves on being a small business offering the utmost service and quality of food to our customers.  Everything we make is homemade including our rubs and BBQ sauces.
